Visionary Support
Visionary's support process:
- uses an electronic support tracking process
- provide the appropriate level of support required
- allow the client to determine their support level
- provide timely responses to requests for support
- utilize support personnel efficiently
- ensure various issues are handled by the appropriate personnel
At the lowest level, Visionary support provides free, as available, email-only support for
the current version of the software. Support for previous versions is limited and may not
be available in all situations.
When clients arrive at the Support page, they may or may not actually be looking for support.
Therefore there are several options available from this page:
Visionary Support Process
To provide the best support for all of our clients and to ensure your request does not get missed,
here is a link to the Support Request Ticket. Utilizing this
will automatically enter your support request into the support process. Calling in, leaving voice messages
or sending e-mails to specific people will only increase your response time.
Once a support ticket has been created, a support tech will check it out and start processing it. In
most cases, we will need additional information. You may be asked for a screenshot of the error or window
or you may be asked for some specific files. You must be able to fulfill these requests. If you do not,
can not or will not provide the information requested, your support ticket will be closed.
Visionary Support Plans
Visionary offers two levels of paid support, maintenance and updates.
- Standard Support:
- phone or web-based support is available if deemed necessary by the tech
- provides access to in-version updates
- is $240.00 per year
- Premium Support:
- phone or web based support is available if deemed necessary by the tech
- provides access to in-version updates
- provides access to 24/7 tech support if needed for mission-critical events
- is $995.00 per year
Visionary Training
Visionary has various training options available for Visionary products only.
- free web-based tutorials
- free web-based FAQ's and documentation
- personal web-based training is available for a fee and by appointment
- this may be one-to-many
- or one-on-one training
- Visionary also hosts regular training sessions at our location in Carrollton (North Dallas).
