Auto-Syncer Overview
A brief overview of the Visionary Auto-Syncer.

Step 1: Initialization
Set your case folder. This case folder is where your time stamped data will reside.

Step 5: Quality Control
Search for and clear all medium sync points. Clear all out of order sync points. Conduct a management QC.

Step 2: Importing Transcripts
The Auto-Syncer imports Amicus ASCII files such as .v1, .wrd, .txt, .asc and others.

Step 6: Exhibits
Auto hyperlink the exhibits to the transcript. |
Step 3: Associating Video
Add the specific video files for your deposition.

Step 7: Publishing
Click on the “Publish” icon. A separate window will open that lists the number of units you have
remaining and the amount of time of this deposition. Click on the “Publish” button in this window
to publish your deposition.

Step 4: Synchronization
Click the “sync All”, Sync Video”,
or “Sync Forward” icon.

Step 8: Delivery
Create an optical disk containing the complete
deposition for you client.
